Director Mitchell Bailey has over 10 years experience in the construction industry. He worked for a large residential and commercial construction company in Perth for 8 years. Roles there included designing medium sized group dwelling sites, large subdivisions, small walk up apartments design, modular residential and commercial design, estimating and project management of modular projects. He was also the sole designer and detailer for the 3 steel frame machines that they owned. over a 7 year period there was over 400 houses built utilising the FrameCAD system.

With the current building industry mindset changing to accept the steel frame product he saw an opening in the market for a company that would provide detailing services to manufacturers of light gauge cold rolled framing. In July of 2018 he started Frame Design Australia. Since then it has evolved as a consultant business for the construction industry.
